Interested in writing fiction but don’t know where to start? Do you want to learn how to create real characters, believable scenes, and unique story ideas? Have you only written nonfiction and not sure if you can write fiction? Then this online writing class is for you.
Live classes will be held online. All sessions begin at 6:00 PM (Pacific time) on Wednesdays (see start dates below). Video recordings will be made available after each class. Each session consists of lecture, group interaction, handouts, and writing assignments. Classes are limited to 10 participants.
Registration is open now through the first day of class. Fee for new students is $50, returning students $45, and includes course, materials, weekly feedback, and unlimited access to class recordings.

- Live classes where you can ask questions about your writing.

Classes are open to writers of all experience levels. Writing practice and assignments will help participants empathize with their characters, craft realistic dialogue, and create memorable scenes; then put everything together to write several short stories.
